- Is there an iPad version?
- Yes, as of Version 1.1.
- Is there a Mac version?
- Yes, as of Version 1.3.
- Is there, or will there ever be an Android version?
- No.
- How do I report an issue, bug, or crash?
- If you are experiencing an issue, bug, or crash, first of all: sorry for the inconvenience. Please make sure that you are using the latest version of Erwin,
and software running on your device is also up to date. If your issue persists, please send a screenshot or a screen recording
via email to help investigate.
- What is your refund policy?
- Since all payments are processed through Apple’s App Store, refund requests need to be handled directly through Apple. To request a refund, please visit Apple’s
Report a Problem page. Apple will review your request and make the final decision regarding the refund.

Features
- Is Erwin available in my language?
- The current version supports English, German, French, Italian, Hungarian, Korean, Japanese, and Ukrainian.
Translations to more languages will be added in subsequent updates. You can send an
email to request yours!
- I have an Accessibility problem, can you help?
- I’ll do my best. Erwin already incorporates many of Apple’s robust accessibility
features: VoiceOver, Voice Control, Reduced Motion and others. If you come across a missing or confusing accessibility label, or have any suggestions, please
feel free to send an email.
- Can I use Erwin offline?
- Yes. Erwin works without an internet connection. Game state and progression are stored only locally, on your device.
